See a play, dream a dream with Rhythmically Speaking

DWeCombining prose and song, rhythm and soul, DWe Williams and her acting troupe Rhythmically Speaking will bring their style to the Tecumseh Public Library’s Summer Reading Program lineup at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 14.

“Every summer we do an original customized script to address the summer reading theme, so it’s original every summer,” Williams says. “You will see something you’ve never seen before.”

The group’s program this summer takes on the theme by looking at several myths about the night. It will combine a pair of myths, one an African tale about two night travelers and a second about a bat who gets blamed for everything.
