Love is in the air and it has the familiar scent of well read books! So if you haven't yet, mark your calendars for the 5th Annual Friends of the Norman Library Romance Book on Saturday, February 7. The sale will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Room A/B of the Norman Public Library, 225 N. Webster. Whether your heart yearns for an excellent read or simply want to add to your adored collection of books - the library book sales offer an opportunity to find books at bargain prices.
The Romance Book Sale includes Fiction and Nonficiton titles. Hardbacks, large paperbacks, and videos are priced at $1; small paperbacks are 50¢. Collectibles and better books are priced individually.
Proceeds from the book sale are used to provide the Norman Public Library with additional funds for programs, materials, equipment, and books. If you can't make the February book sale then mark your calendars now for the Better Books Sale from May 1 to 3, a Cookbook Sale in mid-July, and the big book sale in October.
