The year 2009 is nearly to a close, meaning not just the beginning of a new year, but that it’s also time for tax planning. The Norman library is offering a class called “Year-End Tax Planning,” which will be especially tailored for small business owners, on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 9:30 a.m. in the Lowry Room.
Certified Public Accountant Robert M. Castleberry will present the class. Castleberry began his career in public accounting in 1987 and later opened his own firm, Castleberry & Associates, in 1994.
In addition to demonstrating expertise in traditional public accounting services like taxes, accounting and auditing, Castleberry serves as a business advisor, helping clients with wealth building, planning, valuation and in many other areas.
Castleberry & Associates was named the Best CPA Form and Castleberry the Best CPA in Norman by the Norman Transcript’s Reader Choice Awards in 2009.
Registration is required: stop by the library in person, call 701-2600, or sign up on the Norman Events Calendar.
