About the Shawnee Friends of the Library

The Friends contribute to the library through advocacy, volunteering, and financial support. Financial support includes Summer Reading Programs and programs throughout the year; hospitality funds; staff development; and special events.

The Friends meet in the Shawnee Library Conference room at 5:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of January, April, July and October.
