Get ready for school with “Starting School” story time in Blanchard

Get a start on the school year with a special story time at the Blanchard Public Library.
Library Assistant Kay Lowry invites children entering pre-k and kindergarten to a “Starting School” Story time, set for 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 2, at the library, 205 NE 10th St.
Participants will hear stories, music and take part in a variety of activities. They also will be given a book of activities about their first day of school that they can take home.
