Break into the couponing world with Blanchard program
Become more coupon-savvy with the Blanchard Public Library program “Couponing 101,” set for 1 p.m. Friday, May 18 in the Community Room of the library, 205 NE 10th St.
Lesley Reid will lead the program, discussing her couponing techniques and sharing the ins and outs of using coupons to save money while shopping.
Space is limited so registration is required to attend.
