McLoud hosts three-part computer class series
The McLoud Public Library gives beginning computer users a step forward into the world of technology with an upcoming three-part series at the library, 133 N. Main St.
The instruction offers hands-on practice for participants during a three-day period of classes, which include:
10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16 – Introduction to Computers – a basic look at computers, including learning how to use a mouse.
10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17 – Introduction to the Internet – a look at the World Wide Web and basics tips in searching.
10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18 – Easy Email – an introduction to Email and a chance to set up a free email account from one of several free services.
Registration is required separately for the classes and may be completed through library staff, either in person at the library or by calling 964-2960.
