The Moore Public Library continues to reach out to members of the community affected by last month’s storms with a repeat performance of a program for residents in the process of looking for a new home.
Rebuilding Moore Strong: How to Finance or Choose Your New Home, takes place at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, at the library, 225 S. Howard Ave. The program has been presented earlier in the summer with positive response.
Pat Vann of Citywide Mortgage and Angela Matlock of Metro Brokers of Oklahoma will be the program presenters, along with representatives from Roush Coleman Homes who will discuss working builders.
Vann will discuss the ins and outs of SBA Loans, Construction Loans, Disaster Victims Loans, and other financing options for homes.
Matlock will provide information on representation, choosing a home, home inspections, negotiations and other important factors to know for people in the process of choosing a home.
Space is limited for the program so registration is requested in advance.
