Newcastle tweens to discuss “The Christmas Genie”

The Newcastle Public Library’s Tween Book Club, for ages 9-12, has its next monthly meeting at 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at the library, 705 NW 10th St.
This month’s book takes on a holiday theme, as the group looks at “The Christmas Genie” by Dan Gutman.
In addition to the discussion, the group also will take part in a craft program and enjoy refreshments provided by the Friends of the Newcastle Library.
Registration is not required to be part of the group.
