Newcastle invites teens for afterschool arts and craft

The Newcastle Public Library brings creativity to the forefront for teens at its afterschool Arts and Crafts program, set for 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23.
Teens will use paint and several different types of media to display their work. All supplies will be provided by the library.
Registration is not required to attend.
