Newcastle’s Brown Bag book group looks at "The Dry Grass of August"

The Newcastle Public Library’s Brown Bag Book Discussion group has its next meeting at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, at the library, 705 NW 10th St.
The group will discuss “The Dry Grass of August" by Anna Jean Mayhew. Participants are invited to bring their own lunch and enjoy beverages and dessert provided by the Friends of the Newcastle Library.
Registration is not required to take part. Titles the group currently is reading are available at the checkout desk.
