Get ready for spring gardening at Newcastle program
The time is now to get ready for the spring gardening season, and the Newcastle Public Library is here to help. The library hosts the program “Preparing Your Early Spring Garden” at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21.
Wes Lee, Extension Educator with the McClain County OSU Extension Office, will lead the program. Lee will give a step-by-step look at the process, from seed preparation to garden maintenance and upkeep.
The program is offered for teens or adults, and registration is requested in advance to take part.
