Newcastle Public Library
The Newcastle Public Library will host a three-part series of computer classes on Thursdays in August.
Classes will take place at 1:30 p.m. each of the first three Thursdays of the month at 1:30 p.m., at the library, 705 NW 10th St.
Classes and topics are:
August 1 – Internet Basics for Seniors – an introduction to the online world, geared specifically to newer computer users.
August 8 – Basic Email – learn email skills and have a chance to set up an account from a free email service.
August 15 – Advanced Email – as a followup to the previous week’s class, a chance to expand knowledge of email and learn about files, folder and email etiquette.
Space is limited so registration is required separately for each class.
