If it’s Tuesday morning, then it’s a special time for preschoolers at the Noble Public Library.
The library hosts programming for ages 2 to 5 and their caregivers at 10:30 a.m. most Tuesdays, with programs set for the first four weeks of October in the colorful Ina Byerly Activitiy Room of the library, 204 N. 5th St.
The schedule includes:
Oct. 2 – Preschool Story Time, with Library Assistant Judy Houser sharing stories, songs, rhymes and activities based on a “Harvest Time” theme. The early literacy focus will be on narrative skills, and a snack and craft will be included.
Oct. 9 – Make and Take, featuring several easy craft projects where children can take their creations home when they’re done.
Oct. 16 – Success by 6 Story Time, led by Christy Emig of Success by Six of Norman, who will share stories and activities, as well as information for parents about the organization and what it does to promote early literacy.
Oct. 23 – Magic of Music, with songs and musical activities for youngsters to help build early literacy skills.
Registration is not required to attend any of the preschool programs.
