Noble Public Library
The Noble Public Library welcomes local teens for its Teen Film Camp, set for 2 to 4 p.m. July 14-16 at the library, 204 N. 5th St.
Teens age 13 and up will start from scratch and over the course of three days go through the process of planning, writing, filming and editing. They will collaborate on all those aspects of the film and at the conclusion of camp have made their own short film.
Space is limited, so registration in advance is required to attend.
