The Norman Public Library is getting the community ready for the spring storm season with a Disaster Preparedness program at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, in the Lowry Room of the library, 225 N. Webster Ave.
Brenda Hill from the OSU Cleveland County Extension Office will present on how to prepare for a variety of disaster situations that have taken place in recent years in Oklahoma, including fire, tornadoes, earthquakes and more.
The program is for ages 18 and up, and registration is required in advance to attend.
