The Norman Public Library is helping people not just feel thankful, but express those thanks, with a special upcoming computer class.
The library will host “Thank You Cards for Everyone” at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26, in its Computer Training Center, 225 N. Webster Ave.
The class is for tweens, teens or adults and shows how to use Microsoft Publisher to create thank-you cards. The cards then may be printed on cardstock during the workshop and taken home to distribute to those holiday gift-givers.
Participants also will learn how to save their creations to a USB drive or email the cards to themselves to print separately.
Those participating are asked to bring photographs or electronic files of images they might want to include to personalize their thank-you cards.
Registration is required to take part and may be completed at the library, by calling 701-2600 or online here .
