Experts and beginners alike are invited to learn about a simple type of quilting in the Purcell Public Library’s Paper Piece Quilt class, set for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, in the Meeting Room of the library, 919 N. Ninth St.
The class is for ages 18 and up.
Debbie Clark, an experience quilter and crafter, will lead the class, which will teach a quick method to make a simple lap size quilt.
There will be some supplies provided by the library, but participants may also want to bring some of their own fabric to get the colors they want.
Those interested in the class are encouraged to call for more information about what will be provided, as well as to complete their registration for the class.
