Paint your pumpkins for the holiday at Shawnee programs

It’s time to get in the holiday spirit with a little pumpkin painting, courtesy of the Shawnee Public Library.
Tweens and teens are invited for a pair of programs. Tweens (ages 9 to 11) will meet at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, and teens (ages 12 to 18) will gather at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 24, each in the Community Room of the library, 101 N. Philadelphia Ave.
Participants are asked to provide their own pumpkins, which they can paint in ways that are funny or scary, using supplies provided by the library.
Registration is not required to attend.
