Class on library’s GED resources offered
Students looking forward to taking the GED test have many resources right at their fingertips, courtesy of the online resources offered through the Pioneer Library System.
The Pottawatomie County Literacy Department will present a class on the library’s resources for studying for the GED at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, in the Computer Training Center of the Shawnee Public Library, 101 N. Philadelphia Ave.
Beth Lyle, Coordinator for Literacy Services for Pottawatomie County, will lead the class. She will show off several resources for studying for the test and even a place to take practice tests online.
Space is limited so registration is required to attend.
