The Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library will debut a series of free pilates classes in April.
Classes are scheduled each Monday at 6 p.m. in Rooms A and B of the library, 2201 SW 134th St.
The classes use different stretches and movements to build up strength, flexibility and conditioning. Each participant is asked to bring their own exercise mat to use during the workout.
Ages 12 and older are invited to participate. There is no charge, but participants and their guardians if they are 17 or younger must sign a waiver to take part.
Registration is required to attend.
