It’s getting into the heat of summer, and things can be getting tough for Oklahoma gardens.
Come to the Southwest Oklahoma City Public Library for tips on treating the mid-summer garden slump with a presentation at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, on the patio of the library, 2201 SW 134th St.
Author and Master Gardener Judy Kautz will discuss refreshing pots and giving an extra boost to plans, including tips on pruning, treating common plant diseases and dealing with insects.
The program is for ages 18 and up, and registration is required in advance to attend.
