Friends of the Tecumseh Library to host book sale

The Friends of the Tecumseh Public Library will host a Friends Book Sale Oct. 4-6 at the library, 114 N. Broadway.

The sale starts Thursday, Oct. 4, with a preview sale from 6 to 8 p.m. Admission is $5 to enter and choose from the book selection before the sale for the general public.

On Friday, Oct. 5, the sale runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Prices will be $1 for hardbacks, 50 cents for paperbacks and DVDs and VHS tapes for $1 each, 10 cents per magazine or 12 for $1, and other items individually priced.

The sale concludes from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, with a half-price sale on items, or $5 to fill a bag of sale books.
