November is Vegan Month
|
 November 1st is World Vegan Day and marks the beginning of Vegan Month. A vegan is someone who doesn't eat meat or other animal products, such as fish, milk and milk products, eggs, and honey.
To celebrate and introduce you to some new food options, we are featuring several vegan coobooks. And since Thanksgiving is this month, you might spice up your celebration with a recipe from these cookbooks for teens:
