Pioneer Library System - Press Releases
Your hometown libraries are always striving to better our services. And we need your help in our latest endeavor.
Based on the feedback we've received on the 'new' library catalog, which premiered in July 2011, we have been working on some enhancements to help make it easier for you to locate the books, videos and other hometown library resources you regularly use.
We are looking for individuals who will Beta Test the newest catalog features. Participation in the Beta testing is easy. Just click on the link at the bottom of this article. We only ask you keep a few important details in mind:
- The test catalog has live, real data in it. So, if you have library materials checked out you should see it. If you have lists in the existing catalog you should see it. Any holds you place should work. You are encouraged to use it as your primary catalog, while beta testing, and be sure to try out all features: My Lists, Holds, Renews, Comments, Facebook liking, Cooliris, links to outside sources;
-
If you encounter any errors while beta testing we ask that you report them to
